Mr. Vickers has vast experiences in the pharmaceutical,chemical, biotechnology, and other high technology industries, and has been involved from the owner’s and contractor’s side.  He has been responsible for the planning, delivery, and start-up of various biotechnology and pharmaceutical operations around the United States, Europe, and Asia.  He has been involved in life science investment, strategic planning, and overseeing capital projects for twenty years.
